How I work

Start with the problem

  1. Understand the work

    We look at the people, information and decisions involved, and what a useful outcome would be.

  2. Choose a focused first version

    We define what to build, how it will connect and what needs to be tested before expanding it.

  3. Build, review and improve

    I use AI-assisted development to explore and deliver the work, with human-led design, review and testing throughout.

  4. Help people use it

    We plan the handover and any training around the people who will actually work with the tool.

You work with me

I'm Shaun Evans. I combine hands-on software work with more than 15 years in education. That means thinking about both the system and the people who need to use it.

I use an AI-agent development workflow to explore options and support delivery across a broad range of tasks. I stay responsible for the design decisions, review, testing and the work I deliver. The aim is useful software and a clear handover, not complexity for its own sake.
